How do your wholesale flower orders work?
Here's how our wholesale flower ordering system works:

• We organize by delivery week. Each week has a number—for example, Week 25 is June 16-20.
• You'll see three weeks of availability at a time. This means you can plan ahead while still shopping what's available and in season. 
• Inventory is tied to crop availability. We only list flowers we are confident will be ready to be cut.
• We update inventory every Wednesday. That's when we walk the fields, check what's in bloom, and restock the online store for the upcoming weeks. 

When you place your order, you'll select the week you want to receive your flowers—whether that's for delivery, shipping, or pickup.

I want to make DIY arrangements for an event. Can I order wholesale flowers from you if I'm not a professional florist? 
We appreciate your interest in using sustainably-grown domestic flowers for your special event! Our wholesale pricing and ordering systems are set up to serve professional florists, event designers and floral industry businesses and you must have a Tax ID or EIN to apply to be a wholesale customer. For your DIY event flowers, we recommend shopping at our Farmstand or connecting with one of our retail florist partners who can  help you source fresh, quality flowers for your special event.

What are your order deadlines?
Please place your order at least 2 business days ahead of time. You'll be able to choose from local pickup, regional delivery, or nationwide shipping options at checkout. Below is a handy at-a-glance guide for weekly delivery deadlines.

Can I get flowers for multiple weeks in one order?
Sorry, but our system cannot process orders that include flowers from multiple delivery week dates. Please place separate 

Can I reserve flowers ahead of time? How far in advance can I place my order?
We offer 3 weeks of availability at a time. You can place an order anytime starting when the availability is posted for the following 3 weeks. Our inventory is updated every Wednesday for each of the next 3 weeks. Reminder: Please place separate orders for each delivery week (our system can't process orders that include flowers for multiple delivery week dates). If you are planning more than 3 weeks ahead, our Crop Calendar gives you a snapshot of what we anticipate will be blooming. Sorry, but we cannot hold, reserve or take pre-orders for future delivery weeks.

How do you predict availability?
Every week Gretel walks through the fields and checks the greenhouses to see exactly what's coming into bloom and to calculate availability for the next three weeks. Inventory is updated every Wednesday. Our Crop Calendar gives you a snapshot of what we anticipate will be blooming when so you can get inspired and start thinking ahead!

Can I order by phone, text, or email?
The easiest way to make sure you get the flowers you want is by ordering directly through our online shop—but if you're in a pinch, phone or email us and we'll do our best to help! We do our best to accommodate orders that come in via phone, text, or email and we will occasionally contact you using these methods to discuss details for an upcoming order, but please know that there are times when we are away from the office an unable to monitor incoming questions and requests. 

Can I shop from the cooler?
Customers can shop from our available inventory in the cooler when they pick up, however, submitting your order ahead of time is best to get exactly what you need in your color palette.

What happens if you don't have something I ordered?
While we've become skilled at predicting flower availability, fluke storms and unpredictable weather conditions can occasionally impact harvest. If a flower you've ordered is not available for whatever reason, we'll contact you immediately to discuss options—whether that's selecting a substitute or requesting a refund. If we are unable to reach you prior to shipping or delivering your order, we will make a decision based on your preference selected at checkout.
