Nationwide Shipping

	We make the process of getting our fresh flowers shipped to you as simple, straightforward and stress-free as possible. Each box is packed by hand with care so your flowers arrive fresh, beautiful, and right on time. We ship our flowers Monday-Thursday by UPS Next Day Air or Southwest Air Cargo Fresh Fast. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on how many bunches are in your order, how big the bunches are, and how far away you are from Columbus, OH.
	HOW MANY BUNCHES FIT IN A BOX? Anywhere from 6-20 bunches fit into a shipping box, depending on what it is and how much space it takes up in the box. For example, sea oats do not need to be fresh wrapped and are pretty compact, whereas dahlias need to be shipped with a water source and vary widely in shape and size throughout the season.
	PRO TIPS We suggest having your flowers arrive on Thursday or before so that we have an extra day to work with in case something happens during shipping and your order is delayed or damaged. For example, if your event is on a Saturday, we recommend ordering before noon on Tuesday for Thursday arrival to ensure blooms have enough time to rehydrate and open fully. Order a few extra stems to have a safety margin in case of any natural variability or imperfections and any minor transit damage. Place separate orders for each delivery week. Our system can't process orders that include flowers for multiple delivery dates.
	RECEIVING YOUR ORDER UPS: No signature required—boxes will be left at the delivery addres. Please make sure someone is there to unpack yuor flowers after they arrive. SOUTHWEST AIR CARGO: Ships to your nearest participating airport (check if there is a location near you before choosing this option). Flowers are stored in a cooler before takeoff and upon landing until they are picked up. IMPORTANT NOTE: Southwest Cargo orders must be picked up at the airport. Orders are not delivered to your door.
	WHEN YOUR FLOWERS ARRIVE Unpack and recut stems. Hydrate in fresh water for 3-8 hours. Store in a cooler (away from produce, as ethylene gas can shorten vase life).
	ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING We minimize plastic by using kraft paper, paper tape, and biodegradable fresh wraps—which can be reused for sustainable, foam-free designs. You may receive boxes with different logos or some reused packaging materials—it's all part of our ongoing sustainability efforts. We encourage you to repurpose packaging materials for transporting your floral designs! Bonus: Send back your ice packs and we'll credit your next invoice $.50 each!
	RESHIPPING & REFUND POLICY All sales are final unless flowers arrive damaged or incorrect. If flowers don't meet expectations after rehydration: Email us within 24 hours with your order number in the subject line. Include photos of the flowers and of the shipping box. Keep the flowers and the original packaging in case UPS wants to inspect the package. If we can replace your order, we will reship your flowers at no additional cost. If we do not have the flowers to reship or we can't reship in time for your event, we will apply a credit to your account for future use.
