Step 1: Access your wholesale account

Our site is gated, which means only registered wholesale customers like you can log in to view our inventory, pricing and availability.

When prompted to login:

1. Enter your email using the address associated with your wholesale account.

2. Check your email inbox for the 6-digit verification code from SMFF Wholesale. There's no password to remember or reset! All you need is the verification code.

3. Enter the code that was emailed to you. The verification code will unlock the website so you can start adding flowers to your cart!

Step 2: browse flowers by the week

We organize flowers by the delivery week and group our flower inventory by week number, based on when the flowers will be harvested and available. We offer three weeks of availability at a time. The weekly system can be a bit cofusing at first, but don't worry—once you get the hang of it, it's easy!

Here's how it works:

Each "Week" is labeled by number (e.g., Week 25 = June 16-20)
Shop up to three weeks ahead (sorry—no preorders beyond this)
New inventory drops every Wednesday!

IMPORTANT ORDERING DETAILS

Place separate orders for each delivery week. Our system can't process orders that include flowers from multiple weeks, and we want to make sure nothing gets missed! If you're planning ahead for multiple events, submit one order per delivery week. This helps us keep everything organized and ensures your flowers stay fresh and arrive right when you need them. Thanks in advance for ordering one week at a time!

STEP 3: PLACE YOUR ORDER

To make the ordering process as smooth and stress-free as possible, please be sure to place your order at least 2 business days ahead of time. You'll be able to choose from pickup, delivery, or shipping options at checkout. Below is a handy at-a-glance guide for weekly delivery deadlines.

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the lowrer 48 via UPS Next Day Air or Southwest Air Cargo. Fast delivery ensures top-quality flowers and foliage.

REGIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver to Cincinnati on Tuesdays, Columbus & Marysville on Wednesdays, and Cleveland on Thursdays. Orders arrive fresh at your studio or shop.

LOCAL PICKUP

Pick up your order at our home farm located just south of downtown Columbus, Monday-Friday. Perfect for Central Ohio florists and designers.

PLANNING AHEAD?

We know planning ahead is part of the job, and we're here to help! Our Crop Calendar gives you a snapshot of what we anticipate will be blooming when so you can get inspired and start thinking ahead!

Again, you can shop by delivery week, up to three weeks ahead—that' the sweet spot for both freshness and flexibility!

Because we work on a fresh-harvest model, it means we only list flowers that are truly ready and available. This ensures you get the freshest blooms possible, but it also means we cannot hold, reserve or take pre-orders for future delivery weeks.

Email or call us at (614) 570-6719 and we will do our best to help in a floral emergency! If we can make it work, a $15 rush fee applies.

PRO TIP: Order extra flowers to help bugger for any loss during transit or rehydration. We recommend ordering about 10% more than you need. A few extra stems can make all the difference!

Brides change their minds. Things shift. Life happens. We get it!

To change or cancel your order, email us with your order number + delivery date in the subject line.

For cancellations, we will issue a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee.

NEED TO ADD MORE ITEMS TO YOUR RECENT ORDER?

No problem! If your order is for delivery or pickup, just place a new order and enter the discount code: ADDON (all together) at checkout to bypass any additional delivery fees.

For orders that will be shipped, place a new order through the website. If the system over charges you for the shipping, we'll refund the difference once your order is packed and weighed.

Have an issue with your order?
We do everything we can to make sure your flowers arrive fresh, healthy, and right on time. But because we're working with a perishable produce and third party shipping carriers, sometimes things don't go as planned.

Be sure to give your flowers a few hours to rehydrate. If they still aren't usable after a rehydration period, here's what to do:

Email us with your order number in the subject line
Include photos of the flowers, the shipping box, and the shipping label.
Repack any unusable flowers back in the box and hold onto them in case UPS requests to inspect the package for the claim.

Depending on the situation, we'll either send a replacement, offer a store credit, or file a claim with the carrier. If you request a refund, we'll issue it once the claim is approved (please note that shipping carriers can take up to 3 months to assess claims).

All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. We can't offer refunds for individual stems or damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
