Issues with Your Order

Have an issue with your order? 
We do everything we can to make sure your flowers arrive fresh, healthy, and right on time. But because we're working with a perishable produce and third party shipping carriers, sometimes things don't go as planned.


Be sure to give your flowers a few hours to rehydrate. If they still aren't usable after a rehydration period, here's what to do:

  • Email us with your order number in the subject line
  • Include photos of the flowers, the shipping box, and the shipping label.
  • Repack any unusable flowers back in the box and hold onto them in case UPS requests to inspect the package for the claim.

Depending on the situation, we'll either send replacement product or credit your account for a future order. All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. We do not offer refunds or credit for individual stems or damage.
