Description
1 pound bunch, so number of stems determined by how long they are and the number of berries. Average 3 stems/bunch.
They start with their shells still closed and with some leaves on. As the season progresses, the leaves will drop and the shells will pop off the berries, exposing the orange berry underneath. The more they are moved around after they pop open, the more of the yellow shells will drop off the orange berries.
*Some processing may be required at the beginning of the season before the leaves drop, see photo #2 for reference of how a bunch may look upon arrival. These are stored dry in the cooler.*
